The bakery of Elena Reygadas' starred restaurant, Rosetta. Opened in 2012 a few metres from the restaurant, at Colima 179. One time I had the rol de guayaba (apparently their strong point, as well as the inspiration for the logo), another time the roll with cream and butter. Both exquisite. The dough is at an absolute level. Hard to get a seat unless you go early in the morning, but the takeaway line moves fairly fast. Honest prices, breakfast around 10-12 with tip.
